Isabelle's Woodfired Pizzeria, in Leumeah NSW, offers a wide range of woodfired pizzas, pasta, risotto, and salads. We are seeking to employ at least 2 x Restaurant Managers to manage our floor operations.
You should ideally have a Diploma or at least 3 years of proven industry experience. You should demonstrate sound management and leadership skills along with problem-solving proficiency in a fast-paced environment.

These positions carry a salary range of $74K to $80K plus superannuation and are open to local Australian residents and overseas skilled professionals. These roles are open to Australian Citizen and Permanent Residents as well as overseas professionals with suitable skills and English language competency. Only shortlisted applicants will be informed.
Duties and responsibilities include:

• Ensure customer service delivered, and dining experience is of the highest standards
• Monitor daily floor operations for smooth functioning of guest services and food sequencing
• Oversee floor operations that includes day to day supervision, duty allocation and leave management for staff
• Create and manage staff rosters to maintain efficient staffing levels at all times
• Attend to and resolve guest services issues such as complaints/feedback/suggestions
• Collaborate with the kitchen management team to create menus as required, and overall quality and consistency of the services
• Manage reservations, seating, floor ambience, and customer flow for optimal dining experience
• Hire and coach new floor staff, as well as performance manage the floor team
• Ensure a positive and cohesive environment that promotes cohesiveness, teamwork and professional growth
• Develop and manage budgets, and prepare reports for the management
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food and beverage costs
