What we’re looking for:
? Excellent customer service skills
? A friendly and positive attitude
? Ability to work efficiently in a team
? Attention to detail and a passion for hospitality
? Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
? Ability to work overtime, weekends and public holidays
? AQF Certificate II or III or At least one year of relevant experience in lieu of a qualification
? At least 6 months of relevant experience in a fine dining establishment in addition to the
qualification.
Responsibilities:
? Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
? Preset menus and take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
? Serve food and drinks
? Ensure a clean and organized dining area
? Assist with setting up and clearing tables
? Process payments
? Provide guests with a memorable dining experience
Annual Salary: $73,150 to $74,000 plus superannuation.
