We currently have a position available for an experienced technician to join our expanding team based in Moama .The successful candidate will have a can do attitude, be happy to work part of a team and individually. Experience in vehicle electrics and hydraulics would be a benefit but not essential as full training can / will be provided by our in-house technical training manager.
The role involves servicing, diagnostics and repairs of complex electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems. Skills in these fields would be a major advantage. Experience on agricultural, forestry or commercial vehicles preferred.
Mechanic qualifications are required for this role. Experience on
agricultural, forestry or commercial vehicles preferred. Experience
in vehicle electrics and hydraulics would be a benefit but not
essential as full training can / will be provided by our in-house
technical training manager.
Experience on agricultural, forestry or commercial vehicles preferred. In your role you will undertake the following duties:
Diagnose faults with heavy vehicles
Dismantle heavy vehicles systems
Repair and replace worn and defective parts. Once repair complete reassembling engines and parts after being repaired
Undertake log book maintenance on vehicles
Install new products and test them to ensure they are working correctly.
Educating the client on how to use and maintain their machines.
Perform maintenance and provide customer support.
Diagnose problems and impellent the resolution.
Order parts needed for repairs if required.
Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers.
Build and maintain relationships with customers.
