Your role:
Undertake scheduled reporting for example monthly HR reporting including monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reporting requirements and ensure data is complete and accurate.
Analyse data from a variety of sources (for example payroll, time and attendance, training, finance) to identify trends, anomalies in data, business improvements, or other useful information to support business decision making.
Complete reporting required for legislative / regulatory purposes
Develop and implement processes for Enterprise Agreement and Award reviews (BOOT analysis, reconciliations), and undertake calculations as required
Prepare clear and detailed processes and procedures related to data reporting so that reports are consistent and can be replicated.
