Our client is looking for a Payroll Officer to join the team in a permanent full-time capacity. Our Client is open to all levels of experience.
Duties:
Accurate and timely processing and recording of all wages
Processing payroll transactions into groups accounting system
Inter-store charging for employees working in multiple locations
Reconciling between the Payroll System, General Ledger and PAYG payments
Maintenance of payroll records
Ensuring source documents such as leave requests, employee declarations and tax declarations are maintained
