We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our Enterprise Platforms business unit! In this role you will utilise Agile methodologies to perform functional analysis for system enhancements and requests. You will implement configuration changes, provide support and training to system users, and collaborate with end users and vendors to resolve incidents and problem records.

Highly developed problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. A technical aptitude to learn systems, applications and processes. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
