Full function AP duties
Process supply invoices
Three-Way-Matching of invoices and purchase orders
Account and AP reconciliation
Ad-hoc duties
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working in Accounts Payable is required
Knowledge of work cover processes is beneficial
Experience with JobPac or ABBYY is beneficial
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Be a team player and assist others when and where required
What you'll get in return
Salary between $65,000 - $75,000 Super depending on
