Manufacturing giant needs a Mechanical Coordinator to direct & coordinate plant, equipment/machinery in the build of a greenfield, high-volume plant. Reporting to the Project Manager, you be responsible for directing and coordinating plant manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and requirements. Responsibilities
Inspect completed Plant installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
Assist in developing capital project programs for new equipment and major repairs.
Develop budgets, estimating labour, material, and construction costs.
Ensuring Plans, Procedures and Forms are adhered to.
Developing and ensuring the implementation and ongoing management of Construction Method Statements/Work Procedures (CMSs/WPs), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and lots are opened and managed in a timely and effective manner.
Ensuring latest revision drawings, procedures, forms and other relevant documentation
