Position Overview An important part of the work undertaken by the Judges of the Court is duty work. The Courts duty system provides an efficient and high-level means of dealing with urgent applications. Judges undertake duty in accordance with an established roster, pursuant to which duty responsibilities are shared equitably and by reference to Judges trial and other commitments, including leave. Timely and accurate information regarding Judge duty and leave commitments, updated in the Judges Calendar of Commitments, is vital to assist the Chief Justice, CEO and National Operations team in the management of Judge workload.
