Maintenance Officer True Resources is now urgently seekin g an experienced Maintenance Officer to join our team.
If successful you will work with a prestigious Aged Care provider in one of Perth's leafy suburbs. Reporting to the Maintenance Lead, you'll ensure the facility is kept in prime condition through carrying out repairs, maintaining building services, and informing your team on necessary replacements.
Day-to-day tasks:
Maintenance of resident's rooms, publics spaces, and outdoor areas, including: Door / lock repairs Painting Minimal Plumbing assistance Joinery repairs Minor alterations and handyman duties
From time to time you will also be asked to assist adjusting and moving furniture
