As our AM Operations Supervisor, youll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient unloading of linehaul trailers and containers, and the effective unloading of PUD vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximise Efficiency: Ensure trailers and units are loaded to full capacity, distribute freight accurately, and oversee all unloading activities.
Collaborate and Support: Work closely with the AM Operations Manager to address concerns related to revenue, loads, and site operations.
Lead and Guide: Supervise AM Forklift Operators and Receiving Officers, focusing on safety, scanning accuracy, and minimizing freight damage.
Monitor and Report: Keep a keen eye on revenue, load accuracy, costs, and service issues, and work towards providing effective solutions.
