About the role:
An opportunity exists for a keen go-getter willing to learn and develop into a Customer Service / Admin Assistant role. We're looking for a focused and flexible applicant who can adapt to any task relating to sales and admin.
Key duties include :
Telephone/Reception Duties
Respond to all customer enquiries via phone and email
Maintain high level of customer service
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for briefs and deliverables
Preparing marketing packs & letters for sales team
Demonstrate a 'customer first' approach throughout your work and be viewed as a trusted and reliable team member
Provide General Admin support
Skills & Experience Required:
Effective communication (verbal and written) / interpersonal skills
Ability to multi task & handle high volumes of requests
Effective time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
High level of computer literacy – MS Office Suite
Retail customer service experience preferred
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
