We are looking for young at heart experienced Aged or Disabled Care Worker to join our caring and dynamic team and provide high quality in-home support services to our valued customers.
This position is based in Perth Metro Area.

For over 15 years, we have been supporting older people, and people living with disability, to live independently in their own homes and stay connected to their local community.
Our friendly, compassionate and experienced team makes this possible.
The role:
• Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance
• Social support/transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointments
• Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
• Supporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
• Supporting customers with complex and/or challenging needs
• Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress
• Provide updates on customer progress following each service
About you:
• Caring, compassionate & friendly
• Good interpersonal skills & written/verbal communication skills
• Reliable & dependable
• Ability to build rapport & good working relationships
• Comfortable using technology (i.e. mobile app) for accessing rosters & recording customer notes/feedback
What you will need:
• A sound understanding of the standards, competencies, and codes of practice
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record Check
• Proof of Vaccination (where relevant) i.e. COVID-19 vaccination certificate
• Current First Aid certificate/CPR
• Current Drivers License
• Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
• Smart phone with internet access
• Current Working with Children Check (preferred)
• Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Cert III in Home & Community Care or Cert IV in Disability or Equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Built strong relationships with clients by taking the time to get to know them
