We currently have an amazing opportunity for Chef to join our team at Watsonia RSL in a full time role. Busy bistro experience essential as we need you to hit the ground running. Bring your ideas and talent as we love for everyone to have an input into what we create.

Responsibilities:
Uphold standards of food quality every time, paying thorough attention to detail to ensure that all dishes are delivered according to specifications.
Work together with our team to identify opportunities for cost saving, consistent menu execution and development of the kitchen team.
Total compliance for WHS, food safety, company policies.
Enthusiasm & commitment with a passion for food.
Organised with great time management skills & a desire to work together & support both back of house and front of house team members.
About You:

Minimum 2 yrs in busy bistro or high volume kitchen.
You are a strong positive communicator
You have the capability to lead a section to produce desired results.
Excellent food knowledge, with an eye for detail.
Exceeding members and guests expectations comes naturally to you.
