We’re on the lookout for our next apprentice who is ready to kickstart their career in HR. Our Team Experience team (thats our HR team!) play a pivotal role in driving our mission to provide the best team member experience at every opportunity, so you’ll get a chance to help drive our three pillars of success: Culture, Performance and Wellbeing.
- Support the HR team with administrative and coordination duties across the whole employment lifecycle.
- Liaise with Payroll to track staff movements within business for changes of terms and conditions of employment.
- Maintenance of our internal HR systems, including our HRIS, engagement platform and R&R system.
- Be the go-to person for general HR enquiries and manage the TX inbox (you’ll be that legend who can answer it all—or find out how!).
- Support the wider HR team with adhoc projects and initiatives for engagement, onboarding and performance reviews.
- HR support & adhoc reporting.
