Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine service quality standards at all levels for the organizational units provided by thcompany and implement monitoring.
- Work on relevant tasks for the assessment of target responsibilities based on company objective
- Implement quality assurance and quality control processes for projects and systems.
- Conduct audits and reviews to identify areas needing improvement and ensure compliance withquality requirements.
- Monitor and analyze project performance data to identify trends and potential issue
- Assist company management in promptly and effectively handling project emergencies and issue
- Responsible for organizing customer satisfaction surveys, promptly addressing feedback, foll-ups, and conducting revisit activities.
- Assist in implementing policies on quality, safety, and environmental protection for the company
- Timely report various issues discovered during supervision processes and follow up on review results of corrective action
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality management system

- 助公司管理者及時妥善處理專案突發事件與問題
- 負責組織進行顧客滿意度調查工作,及時處理意見回饋及跟進、回訪工作
- 協助公司推行品質、安全、環保之政策方針
- 及時報告監理過程中發現的各類問題;跟進整改結果的複查
- 實施持續改善舉措,增強整體品質管理體系
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
- Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin(Preferable Mandarin Speaker);
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office;
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor.
