WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Restaurant Manager
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House restaurant operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer enquiries.
• Support recruiting, hiring, supervision, scheduling, development, mentoring and training of hourly employees.
• Proper managing and reporting of all revenue and costs ensuring they are in line with the budget and/or guidelines.
• Ensure that company policies and procedures, safety and other laws, regulations, and requirements are implemented and followed.
• Complete opening and closing procedures
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
WHAT YOU NEED:
• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management
• A minimum of two years’ managerial experience working in a fast pace, high-volume restaurant
• Good communication skills
• Outstanding customer relations
