We are seeking experienced Service Managers to operate our multi-franchised Service Department consisting of over 30 staff and more than 70 vehicles per day. This is a rare opportunity for two experienced managers to run a large-scale operation.
Our franchises are at the forefront of technology and currently include Nissan, Hyundai, Isuzu, Honda, KIA, Subaru, Chery, JEEP, RAM & LDV plus used cars.
Playing a fundamental role in ensuring our exemplary customer service levels are maintained and upheld, this position requires you to:
• Manage the Service Department to ensure that customer requirements are processed with the highest standard of Customer Service
• Ensure optimum workshop efficiency, productivity and safety
• Observe and ensure the attainment of agreed targets and goals
• Develop, maintain and continuously evaluate management statistics, service department plans and budgets
• Ensure the department is run in line with Bundaberg Motor Group values and standards.
The ideal candidates will lead by example and ensure the department delivers the highest level of service to our customers, whilst meeting or exceeding set KPIs and providing a motivating and engaging environment for our staff.

Salary $80,000 - $100,000
To be successful in this position you must be able to work comfortably within a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional communication skills to resolve difficult situations with diplomacy.
Prior experience or exposure to DMS (UNITS) computer system is desirable.
