The role
As our new Motor Claims Remediation Team Leader you will be leading, motivating and developing a team of Motor Claims remediation consultants who are responsible for managing the Motor Claims Risk portfolio.
This role can be based at either our North Lakes or Kawana Waters sites, with some travel between sites required.
You will:
Develop, coach and motivate a team of Motor Claims Remediation Consultants in order to meet agreed objectives including managing workload prioritisation & allocation and providing coaching
Use and promote Nlighten, HiYA and other risk mitigation tools
Lead and monitor the team to execute a high standard of service and process adherence, and ensure an exceptional level of customer service is being provided
Provide technical guidance and act as an escalation point on complex claims and complaints
Monitor the portfolio of motor claims Nlighten incidents to
