Overview:
Embrace the role of a proactive and resourceful Service Administrator supporting the Service department within a manufacturing company.
You will be liaising with the existing accounts, trades, service and maintenance departments on a daily basis and be responsible for scheduling and additional administrative support to sales and dispatch.
As the Service Administrator, you will be working within a fast-paced, team environment and ideally have a manufacturing background and a current forklift license. Within this role, there is onsite training and the opportunity for career progression as well as subsidised on site fitness sessions.
Main Duties:
Daily service scheduling and troubleshooting
Accurately complete all documentation as it relates to service jobs and reports
Efficient customer service and maintaining customer relations
Respond to technical enquiries and problem solving
May assist in picking, packing, weighing and preparation of orders.
Processing of quotes, orders and invoices
To be successful for this role.
Current forklift license or willingness to obtain highly regarded
Previous experience in similar role
Excellent communication, customer service and complaint handling skills
Confident in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite
