The Departments Veterans Access Network is the departments first point of contact for general client enquiries and interactions. Offices are located in state/territory capitals and other key locations, including regional and rural Australia. The Veterans Access Network is a national work unit, providing high quality and professional services to the veteran community, which primarily consists of veterans and their families, current serving members and representatives of ex-service organisations. The Veterans Access Network Manager is responsible for managing front line client service delivery. This includes managing a team that deliver services in person at the Veterans Access Network office, via the phone, email or online. Duties
