They specialise in custom rotational moulding as well as offering services in both plastic and metal fabrication. The Position The Maintenance Technician, as part of the Production Team, collaborates with the Production Manager and other team members to uphold a professional and safe culture within the business. This role is pivotal in executing the Plastic Fabrications Strategic Plan and implementing LEAN methodologies, with key responsibilities including meeting production standards, achieving KPIs, driving continuous improvement and demonstrating expertise in fabrication and welding. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Maintain high safety standards and be able to recognise potential hazards
Use your experience and technical skills to deliver high quality metal welding
Complete on-site inspections, repair
