Job Purpose: To provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Export and Import Operations team, particularly concerning freight forwarding and transport-related tasks. The role involves ensuring smooth coordination of shipment movements, documentation processing, and active communication with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Collect, process, and arrange forwarding-related documentation for shipment movements, including offsite deliveries when required.
Assist in ensuring the timely and prompt dispatch of all consignments, adhering to agreed schedules and deadlines.
Monitor and track all export and import consignments, keeping stakeholders updated on progress. Respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, agents, and other external partners to foster professional relationships.
