APG Workforce are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join our clients manufacturing business based in Beresfield.
Please note that this is not a hybrid work-from-home role. However, we offer great flexibility with hours to accommodate your lifestyle whenever needed.

The Role:
Assist with the annual performance appraisal cycle, including coaching managers through effective goal-setting
Interpret and advise Managers on Enterprise Agreements (EA) and industrial instruments
Negotiation and implementation of enterprise agreements making sure a collaborative approach is maintained and that all legislative requirements are met.
Assist with the preparation and administration regarding representing the business in Commissions and Tribunals when required.
