The Position
Australian Trade Certification or Cert III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
Allrounder experience across pastries, crib, mains, breakfast and grab and go options essential
Fit, active and energetic with ability to bend, stand and lift
High volume catering, including bulk catering and function/banquet experience
Ability to commit to a 7-day rotating roster.
Motivated, self-starter with ability to work unsupervised to a schedule
Role Requirements
Ability to pass full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate outlining Full Vaccination is required.
Evidence of immunisation for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus, Pertussis, Diptheria, Hep B, Polio
Flexibility to work a rotational roster; including early mornings, night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Current Police Clearance no older than 3 months is essential
