Reporting to the IT Area Lead ? Enterprise Tribe, the Platform Operations Manager sits within the IT Leadership team and will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring the health and availability of IT systems, the role plays a critical part in helping ING keep the bank safe, one of the bank?s main strategic pillars.
This role works closely with other Operations Manager from the tribes and mentors/guides them to deliver required outcomes. They will be primarily focused on run activities but will also maintain a backlog of continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that as an organisation we are not just responsive to issues but also looking at opportunities to improve our products and offerings for end customers.
