We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join the dynamic team on a 6-month contract basis.
Location: Perth CBD
Key Responsibilities:
Scoping and Planning: Define and plan business deliverables for various projects.
Requirements Management: Manage project requirements specifications to ensure clarity and alignment.
Process Mapping: Provide detailed process mapping of systems based on customer requirements and best practices.
Project Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of activities related to project delivery.
Detailed Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of all business requirements related to projects and document outcomes.
Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with key stakeholders (internal and external) to identify additional functionality needed to support business needs.
Quality Management: Ensure quality management of deliverables through verification and validation processes.
Quality Assurance: Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high standards.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong understanding of technology and business systems, both strategically and operationally, prefer someone from a consultancy background who has worked on multiple projects at the same time.
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in business process re-engineering, process modelling, and IT systems implementation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
