Job Summary
An exciting opportunity for a Submissions manager to join our growth team. This role will report to the General Manager for Growth at Martinus.
You will be responsible for ensuring that tender submissions, EOIs and proposals are compiled and submitted on time according to requirements. This role includes working closely with key stakeholders across the business to collect all required information and use strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure high quality bid/tender submissions.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Management of tender submissions, EOIs and proposals for Rail Services.
Organisation and Management of technical information between various and multiple business units.
Management of multiple concurrent proposals effectively in a timely manner.
Gathering, sorting, and proofing of information from various departments and stakeholders.
