About the Role : The Disability Inclusion Officer (DIO) plays a key role in supporting students with disabilities, health conditions, or mental health challenges to access and engage in their education at The Gordon. Working closely with students, staff, and external support services, the DIO ensures equitable access to learning by advising on best inclusive practices, facilitating reasonable adjustments, and negotiating alternative assessments. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with The Gordon community to promote best practices in inclusion and accessibility. Facilitate reasonable adjustments and alternative assessments to support student success. Provide guidance and advice to prospective students on course requirements and application processes.
