We are seeking an experienced, capable, confident, and engaging person to fill the key role of the Engineering Manager position.
As part of the Leadership Team, this role is to manage and provide leadership to our multi-discipline Engineering and Design team and bring your experience and knowledge in the industry to contribute to the development and growth of Momentum's business and client base.

• Leadership and management of the Engineering and Design teams, supporting our Lead Discipline Engineers and Design Leads
• Resource management and allocation of personnel to support project delivery
• Developing and maintaining fit for purpose engineering methods, documentation, and systems
• Assist with undertaking quality assurance reviews, updating and improving our ISO9001 accredited quality assurance system
• Attracting and recruiting engineers, development and mentoring of Engineering and Design team
• Managing the Graduate Engineer Program
• Monitoring the use of available engineering computer programs, technical advances and engineering management control techniques across projects and Clients
• Preparation of proposals for engineering works and projects as required by Delivery Team and Management Team
