Femina Beauty Salon, a busy Hair and Beauty Salon is looking to fill full time position for enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified Hairdresser. The business takes pride in their ability to provide quality hair and beauty services to their clients at Kellyville Ridge.
Looking for experienced Hairdresser with a passion to serve customers. Main responsibility will be to cut, style, colour, straighten and permanently wave hair and treat hair and scalp conditions.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have relevant work experience and trade qualifications, you must have a genuine interest in the Hair and Beauty industry. The successful applicant must comply with all WHS requirements.
In this role your main responsibilities include:
- providing advice on hair care products and hairstyles
- shampooing hair and conditioning scalps
- colouring, straightening and permanently waving hair with chemical solutions
- cutting hair with scissors, clippers and trimmers
- styling hair into dreadlocks and braids and adding hair extensions
- cleaning work areas and sanitising instruments
- meet and greet clients, arranging appointments and collecting payments
- may clean, colour, cut and style wigs and hairpieces
- Kids haircuts
Qualifications and experience
- Be qualified Cert III in Hairdressing with minimum two years’ experience as Hairdresser or Certificate IV level qualification
- Ideally at least 2 Years full-time experience as a Hairdresser.
