SALARY $80,000 - $90,000 + SUPERANNUATION
Position Overview: We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be a culinary leader with a flair for crafting both timeless and inventive dishes. You will oversee kitchen operations, ensure the highest quality of food, and drive our menu innovation. If you have a knack for leadership, a love for fresh ingredients, and a commitment to culinary excellence, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and design menus that blend classic favorites with innovative new dishes.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of kitchen staff.
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
• Manage Event Menus
• Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into our offerings.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Creative flair with a passion for creating new and exciting dishes.
• Candidate with Diploma of Hospitality will be given priority
