• The Cleaning Supervisor oversees several project sites and their team of cleaners and cleaning tasks.
• Supervises cleaners to carry out their work.
• Inspects the work area cleaned by cleaners.
• Manages work schedule of cleaners and reallocate work to cover absences.
• Ensures all cleaning equipment is well maintained and is safe for use.
• Checks on the stock level of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Must also be able to perform cleaning duties.
• Ensure contractors/agency engaged adhere to the site rules and regulations and terms of their contract.
• Ensure all events run smoothly and the needs of the client are attended to promptly and efficiently, maximizing profits.
