HALL & CO is seeking a full-time, permanent Fruit or Nut Picker to join our team. This position involves working outdoors in a dynamic environment and requires attention to detail and physical stamina.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Harvest fruit/Nuts from trees or vines according to quality standards and seasonal schedules.
• Inspect fruit for ripeness, quality, and overall condition.
• Handle fruit carefully to avoid damage and ensure high-quality yields.
• Transport harvested fruit to designated storage or processing areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills and Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience required
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in outdoor conditions.
• Good physical fitness and stamina for repetitive tasks and extended hours.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Experience with Tractor and cherry picker operation.
Location: 581 Yanmah Rd, Manjimup WA 6258
Salary Offered: Between $60,000 - $70,000
Hours of Work: Full time, 38 hours/week
