ConsultANZ is seeking Vehicle Spray Painters for a client to work on diverse
projects in Victoria in an on-site capacity.
$70-80k base + super

Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Removing rust and other loose materials from vehicle panels
Sanding surfaces by hand and with power sanders
Applying masking tape and coverings over areas that are not being sprayed and then remove when job is completed
Able to colour-match, mixing paint and select pre-mixed paint to match paint shade
Identify and touch up any defective areas and then apply polish
Pour paint into spray guns and adjust nozzles for accurate paint flow and thickness
Waxing and polishing after paintwork is finished
painting signs and artwork on vehicles
Apply rust proof undercoats and primers using a spray gun
Requirements
Relevant qualification
Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar role.
High attention to detail and display a positive & self-motivated attitude.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and be able to work in a team environment.
