The ideal candidate will have:
• Cert 4 in Commercial Cookery
• 3 years experience in restaurant kitchen operations
• The understanding of following systems and procedures
• Experience with ordering, stocking, and general duties as required
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management and organisational skills
• A passion for the hospitality industry and putting the guests at the heart of everything you do
• The ability to work productively in a fast-paced restaurant environment, dealing with a high volume of covers in a short period of time
