Your new role
As a key member of the support team, you will provide Level 2 technical expertise. Your role will involve managing complex and critical issues, requiring a deep understanding of systems, infrastructure, and advanced troubleshooting techniques. Additionally, you will serve as the escalation point for Level 1 Helpdesk Technicians.
What you'll need to succeed
Provide Level 2 technical support and expertise.
Manage and resolve complex and critical issues.
Experience with Microsoft 365, including Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange.
Proficient in Active Directory management and troubleshooting.
Apply basic networking principles; CCNA certification is a plus.
Serve as an escalation point for Level 1 Helpdesk Technicians.
Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is highly desirable.
