We are seeking experienced Aged Care Registered & Enrolled Nurses for a costal health service just 2 hours from Melbourne.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensuring that the care plans of patients are accurate and reflect any changes required based on the patients changing condition
Conducting physical exams to assess patients health needs and problems
Ensure that all care plans are in line with all accreditation standards and legislative requirements
Implementing physicians orders and providing the best care in line with guidelines
Performing treatments, including starting IVs, administering medications and treating various wounds and sores
Adhering to all legislation that governs quality standards, professional clinical registration requirements and standards of practice, including mandatory reporting responsibilities
