About the role
You will be responsible for the maintenance of our wine and spirit records as well as the compilation of reports for our winemaking and cellar teams. Key Accountabilities include:
Processing of daily wine & spirit operation instructions.
Generation of operational notes for dispatch.
Spreadsheet preparation and consolidation for month end and winemaking reports.
