The Role
We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses who will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care to our Residents, while adhering to the policies, guidelines, and procedures of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, first line supervision to Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees, and allocate duties to ensure optimal service delivery.
About You
Essential:
Current AHPRA registration
Demonstrated clinical knowledge in the field of aged care.
Thorough understanding of the accreditation standards that are applicable to our organisation.
Demonstrated high level of analytical, written, and verbal skills
Mature and empathetic outlook, who can effectively communicate and engage with older individuals.
Possesses the ability to collaborate effectively with others towards a common goal.
Strong commitment to embrace and model the core values of our organization
Availability to work a variety of shifts
Advantage:
Prior experience working in an aged care setting
Knowledge of aged care and associated legislation
Familiarity with AN-ACC Care Minute requirements
Proven experience in supervising and leading staff
Basic Life Support accreditation is preferred
