DESCRIPTION
Express interest in multiple upcoming temporary assignments in the Melbourne CBD and inner suburbs.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for:
Responding to customer service calls promptly via phone and e-mail
Troubleshooting over the phone where possible & following-up with customers
Recording feedback on product quality & service issues
Assisting with inventory & sales order management
Arranging product maintenance or replacements as required
Administrative duties
Providing back up support to your colleagues where required
In order to succeed in this role, the successful candidate will:
Be passionate about customer service
Have proven experience using a CRM and Microsoft Office suite
Have excellent written and oral communication skills
Can multitask and prioritise work
Capable of understanding basic technical product related issues
Helpdesk experience is advantageous
