As an AOD Integrated Services Worker , you'll play a vital role in providing support to individuals affected by alcohol and drug use. Working across Intake & Assessment (I&A), Care & Recovery Coordination (CRC), and Non-Residential Withdrawal (NRW) services, you'll deliver person-centred, flexible care that adapts to the diverse needs of clients. You'll be based at our St Kilda office and outreach locations across the Bayside catchment area, including co-locations at services like Access Health and Launch Housing.
