Our client has an attractive opportunity for an HR Advisor for a FIFO position providing operational HR support across a major infrastructure joint venture project offering invaluable site experience as the HR business partner on site. You'll be supported by a HR Coordinator on site and will report into the business based HR Advisor and providing a site point of contact for all HR issues. Key Responsibilities:
Providing HR Generalist Support across the including mobilisation, onboarding, probation management, talent reviews, and separations.
Working with Payroll to ensure accurate employee data and preparation of HR reports when required.
Offering advice on employment legislation, policies, grievances, and disciplinary actions with the support of your regional HR team.
Enhance people leaders' capabilities in applying HR policies and procedures.
Support project management with industrial issues and union liaison when required.
