We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to take on a diverse role for our client, that balances portfolio management with new business development. Reporting directly to the Senior Property Manager/Head of Property Management and the Principal, you will manage a substantial portfolio while also driving growth initiatives.
Role Overview
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of up to 150 properties. Your role will be split with 80% focused on managing existing properties and 20% dedicated to new business marketing efforts.
