A new position for a Quality Business Partner has been created to aid and monitor the quality of care and service provided to residents across a portfolio of homes in Victoria's North and East Regions.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Quality and Clinical Development, this role will be responsible for monitoring the quality of care and service of homes as well as identifying and escalating risks and non-compliance with organisational policies and procedures. Further, you will be tasked with:
Implementing and improving systems that ensure the quality of care provided meets certain standards. This includes establishing procedures, protocols, and policies that guide the delivery of care and services.
The continuous improvement of the quality of services, such as clinical audit, risk management, and clinical effectiveness.
Educating and training of employees to understand the organisation's policies, procedures, quality and clinical related areas.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an expert in audit and compliance with a proven track record working in clinical related environments, supported by:
Extensive experience in a nursing or clinical background (3-5 years).
Proven ability to work autonomously and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
Prior knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and Government's reform agenda.
