What you'll be doing?
They are looking for EENs with Acute experience or recent graduates to train up. In a sub-acute health service facility, you'll provide essential care for elderly patients, focusing on geriatric assessments, rehabilitation, and palliative care. Your role involves administering medications, performing wound care, and monitoring vital signs to ensure optimal patient health. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalised care plans, support patients and their families with compassionate communication, and maintain accurate medical records.
