This position would suit someone who has previously worked in senior roles within Facilities Management with 10 years experience.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:

Responsible for the strategic direction and facilities management service delivery across the portfolio.
Planning and delivery of CAPEX Projects across portfolio within agreed budget and timelines.
Drive best practice by collaborating, providing technical training and administering a comprehensive compliance program
Ensuring all planned preventative maintenance is executed in accordance with schedules.
Ensuring the presentation and day-to-day operations of allocated properties, including security,
