Reporting to our Executive Chef you will be responsible the preparation, presentation and display of all menu items. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment and equipment. As a leader in our Kitchen you will be expected to develop and coach our junior chefs, and provide them with learning opportunities and access to your experience and knowledge. As our Chef de Partie you will also have the opportunity to work alongside our Executive and Sous Chef on menu development and creation.
