Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and motivating your team, ensuring they deliver professional, efficient and friendly service to our guests. You will be assisting the Food & Beverage operations team with the day-to-day operations in both the restaurant and banquets.
Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervise Food and Beverage outlet operations during Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner meal periods;
- Create an energetic and engaging environment where team members and guests can connect over great Food & Beverage;
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team;
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner;
- Assist the Director of Food & Beverage with analysing performance, rostering and budgeting;
- Assist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members.
This is the role that will fast track your progression on to a Senior Management role in Food and Beverage.
