Senior Cost Manager/ Associate to support Data Center, defense projects in Sydney and support wider Sydney Cost Management team. While the candidate will be placed within the MEP team.
- Senior cost manager providing support to the team across all aspects of projects including cost estimates, quantity take-off, value engineering, tendering and evaluation, progress claim and variation assessment, final account close-out.
- Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan report.
- Measurement of all building elements for cost plan.
- Engage with market to obtain quotations / pricing to support cost estimate.
- Progress claim and variation assessments and valuations.
